Welcome to Lake Norman and the Charlotte area. I’m a native of Birmingham Alabama. I’m a graduate of the University of Alabama with a bachelor’s degree in business. My wife Elaine and I have been married for 18 years. We have 2 children and 1 grandson.

 I started my career in the automotive industry 25 years ago, where I developed my strong negotiating skills. Real Estate was our families’ business in Alabama for over 40 years. In 2005, I followed in the Real Estate business as a general contractor. I built luxury homes for clients for many years before moving to the Lake Norman area.

I have sold over 50 million dollars of Waterfront and Mountain Real Estate all over the southeast for the last two years. Hi, I am Elaine Ledbetter with Lake Norman Waterfront Group. I was born in Birmingham Alabama and lived on the Gulf Coast for 12 years before moving to the beautiful Lake Norman Area where I have lived for the past 8 years. I have spent the last 8 years in the dental field and am excited to make a career change into real estate. I have also spent the last 3 years doing land development sales all over the US.
